Receptionist

Reef Lodges are seeking a fun vibrant and hard working receptionist to work front desk!
This means someone who is a real people person, attentive, understanding and patient! Someone who enjoys looking after people, someone with common sense, humor and useful life skills! Motivation, initiative empathy.
Fluent English essential another European language would be a bonus.
What you'll help us do:
✓ Work the reception desk (guest check-ins, taking payments, inquiries, etc)
✓ Take part in social events and activities
✓ Offer guests great customer service
Who are we looking for:
Fluent spoken/written English (other languages are a bonus)
✓ EU work permit
✓ Flexible availability
✓ Able to take initiative and remain calm under pressure
✓ Organized, helpful and friendly individual

Houskeeper

Housekeeping staff required for busy Lodges.
Will involve cleaning and maintaining rooms to a high standard, cleaning of communal areas, laundry, ironing, dealing with any general guest enquiries.
Applicants should be flexible with regards to weekly shift pattern and must be able to work weekends.
